How does Meta Balance create the vibrations I feel?
Think of Meta Balance like an instrument playing a song you can't hear, but your body can feel. The VibeGenius 3.1 engine scans your unique biorhythms, then "plays" subtle vibrations—like music for your energy field—that help reduce stress and bring balance to your mind and body. These gentle signals work in the background, supporting you throughout the day in a natural and effortless way.
The Meta Balance program is run by the VibeGenius 3.1 engine which assesses, calculates, and produces all the subtle vibrations for your stress-related issues. These finely tuned frequencies are delivered directly through your device without the need for any special equipment, working quietly in the background to bring your system into harmony. The frequencies interact with your body’s natural energy patterns, helping to regulate stress responses and bring your body into balance.
How long does a session last?
The default session length is 12 hours, but you can adjust it to a shorter amount of time if you prefer.
How often can I use it?
You can use Meta Balance as often as you like. Many people choose to use it daily.
Can I work on more than one session or issue at a time?
Yes. You can click Add Session to run more than one session at once.
Can I run sessions while I sleep?
Yes. Many people run sessions overnight for sleep, rest, and rejuvenation. Once your session starts, you can switch your phone to airplane mode while you sleep, and the program will continue to run throughout the night.
Do I need to focus while it runs?
No. Meta Balance can run in the background while you work, relax, or sleep.
Serenity is your built-in interactive guide within Meta Balance. You can chat with her at any time to ask questions, get guidance, or receive support during a session. While you interact, she also adjusts the subtle vibrations and frequencies in real time to match your needs.
With a Personal Plan, no. Meta Balance creates subtle vibrations only for the biorhythms of the registered user. With a Family Plan, yes. You may add up to five members, including pets, and once they are scanned in you can run sessions for them too.
Yes. Meta Balance is especially helpful for children. They can use it if they are added as a family member on a Family Plan. Children can be run by the account holder or parent, and if they are old enough to navigate a device, they can also easily use it themselves. The most common sessions for children include Calm Energy, Super Learning, Balance Body, and Enhancements.
Yes. Many people find Meta Balance helpful for dogs, cats, and horses, as well as other animals. Pets respond especially well because they are naturally sensitive to subtle vibrations and frequencies. You can include them on a Family Plan, and once scanned in, sessions can be run for them just like any other family member.
Meta Balance uses subtle vibrations and frequency-based support through your device while your session runs.
Yes. Meta Balance works subtly, so you may not always feel something happening right away. Many people notice changes over time with regular use.
No. Meta Balance works through your device. No extra equipment is needed
Yes. Most Meta Balance sessions do not use audible sound. Sensory Immersion is one of the main exceptions because it includes music and visuals.
Serenity Talk is an interactive session where you can type in what you want support with and let the system build the session around your needs.
When you sign in, you will be on the main purple screen. There you will see a button that says Serenity Talk.
Tap Serenity Talk and allow the microphone check so the system can make sure your microphone is working properly. Serenity will speak to you first. When she is done speaking, tap the blue flashing button, speak to her, and tap the button again when you are finished. She will then take about 60 seconds to analyze your words and respond to you with her voice.
You can speak naturally and simply describe what you would like support with.
To return to Serenity Talk from the Advanced Options page, click Interactive Sessions and then tap Serenity Talk to begin your session.
Yes, if they are added to your Family Plan. Open Serenity Talk and select the person you want to run the session for.
The Add Session button is for your own profile. To run a session for another person on your Family Plan, go to the Serenity Talk page and select that member’s profile there. Member profiles can only be changed from the Serenity Talk page.
Occasionally, Serenity may respond in another language. This can happen from time to time and is usually nothing to worry about. Serenity is intended to respond in English.

In an Interactive Life Coach Session, you chat with the Life Coach much like you would talk with a real person, and the conversation itself is the session. As the Life Coach responds, the system creates and adjusts fields and frequencies in real time to support you based on what you are sharing.
While Serenity chat is available in every session, Interactive Life Coach Sessions are designed for deeper conversation. They offer guidance and insight as you engage with the Life Coach, and each response helps shape the session in real time. Each Life Coach has a different area of expertise and responds in a more customized way based on what you share.
Yes. Many people choose to use them regularly. You can also clone a session from your history, which makes it easy to pull up a previous conversation and continue the session from the day before.

The Shun Shen Tao Life Coach is an interactive session inspired by Traditional Chinese wellness principles. She is knowledgeable about herbs, vitamins, and overall balance, and works especially well alongside tongue assessment photos. As you interact, the session responds in a customized way while fields and frequencies are adjusted in real time
It's an interactive chat that feels like talking to a supportive guide. While you chat, she sends subtle vibrations and updates the frequencies in real time to match your needs.
It is a program that combines light, sound, music, and frequencies to create relaxation while helping to release trauma, grief, and stress. Many people also use it to unwind after a long day, quiet the mind, and shift stuck emotions. Sessions can be run for yourself or for others, including pets, making it a versatile tool for deep emotional support.
Each Sensory Immersion session is 3 minutes long.
It is often recommended to run a few sessions in a row until the issue feels more settled.
For more long-standing issues, many people choose to run several 3-minute Sensory Immersion sessions back to back for a deeper experience, sometimes for 30 to 60 minutes.
Open Sensory Immersion, type the issue you would like support with into the box, and begin the session. You also have the option to use Voice Assessment, which evaluates your voice patterns for additional insight. Before the session begins, you will be guided through a brief 30-second exercise. When you are ready, click the Play button to begin your session.
When your session is finished, you can click Next to run another session. You can keep the same information in the box or add more details before continuing.
Yes. Many people include it in their daily routine.
Yes. Sensory Immersion is the only Meta Balance program that includes both music and visuals.
Yes. For the best experience, they should be present so they can hear the music, see the visuals, or both.
Yes. Sensory Immersion works best with headphones, but it can still be used without them. We recommend headphones for the most optimal experience.
Yes. Sensory Immersion is wonderful right before bed and can be very helpful for insomnia or difficulty falling asleep. We recommend using headphones and running 3 or more sessions in a row until you begin to feel sleepy.
Yes. When Sensory Immersion is playing, it can also benefit others who are present in the room, including family members, children, and pets.
Photo Assessment allows you to upload a tongue or face photo so the system can assess the energetic patterns it sees and provide a more personalized session.
Click the green Chat with Serenity box inside any session you would like to use. Then click the paper clip icon next to the text box to upload or take a photo of your face or tongue. You can send the photo by itself or include additional context in the chat. Photo Assessment can be used in regular sessions or in Shun Shen Tao sessions, which may provide different kinds of insight.
For best results, use a clear, well-lit photo of your tongue or face.
Yes. You can upload a tongue photo for Photo Assessment.
Yes. You can upload a face photo for Photo Assessment.
Yes. In addition to tongue and face photos, you can also upload a photo of a body part for Photo Assessment.

Photo Assessment reads the energetics reflected in the photo, offers helpful insight, and runs a customized support session based on what it sees.
No. Once you upload a photo, you can rerun or clone that session from your history and continue from the previous day without uploading a new photo each time.
Many people choose to upload a new photo weekly, biweekly, or as needed when they feel something has changed and they would like a fresh assessment of their progress.
Yes. Photo Assessment can be used in any regular session or in an Interactive Life Coach session.
Yes. Photo Assessment can provide a different kind of insight when used inside a Shun Shen Tao session.
The Scheduler allows you to set sessions to run automatically so you do not have to start them manually each day. You can schedule up to 14 days in advance.
The Scheduler allows you to set sessions to run automatically. You can schedule them daily for up to two weeks at a time, making it easy to stay consistent without having to log in each day.
Go to your History, tap the session you would like to schedule, and click the clock icon. This will take you to the Scheduler page, where you can set the session to run for up to 14 days. Please note you must leave this window open, in order for the Scheduler to operate properly.
Go to History and click the clock icon. Your scheduled sessions will appear there if they were saved properly.
If you do not see a countdown you might be on the wrong page, or your session is not scheduled for that time.
Yes. The scheduled session tab must remain open for the session to run as scheduled.
If the scheduled session tab is closed, the scheduled session will not run. You will need to reschedule your sessions.

To check if your session is set correctly:
Go to History → click the clock icon → you will see all scheduled sessions listed there.
When your scheduled session begins, it will appear active in your regular history.
The most important thing to remember is that the scheduled session tab must remain open in your browser. If the tab is closed, the scheduled session will not run.
You don’t need to rely on the visual countdown—if the session is listed in History and the tab remains open, everything is working as expected.

You can schedule a session to run for up to 14 days.
Yes. You must leave the Scheduled window open in your browser for the scheduled sessions to continue running.
If you restart your computer, you will need to restart the schedule or reschedule the sessions from your History again.
You can find your session history by locating the icons in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Click the icon furthest to the left, which is the clock icon. On a mobile phone, it will appear as a clock icon. On a laptop or desktop, it will say History.
Yes. Different areas of Meta Balance have their own separate history sections. For example, regular sessions, Serenity Talk, Interactive Life Coach Sessions, and Sensory Immersion each keep their history in their own area.
Regular session history is found on the Consult Page.

Device Setup Guide
Can I use the website on any device?
Yes. Any device with internet access—phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop—can use Meta Balance.
Can I use Meta Balance on more than one device at a time?
Yes. You can log in from any phone, tablet, or computer using your account. You can also run as many sessions as you’d like on each device simultaneously.
Do I need headphones, speakers, or special equipment?
No. Meta Balance works directly through your device. Nothing extra is required. The technology is so advanced that it delivers powerful results without the need for any additional gadgets or plug-ins.
Do I need to carry the device around with me?
No. You don't have to carry it everywhere. Once a session is running, it continues to work for you as long as you stay within about 30 feet of your phone, tablet, or computer.
Do I need to be near the device while a session is running?
No. The session remains active without you needing to sit in front of the screen, but you should stay within 30 feet of the device while it is running.
Can I turn my device off?
No. You need to leave your device turned on. However, once you start your program, you can put your device in airplane mode to limit EMFs and the program will continue to work in the background.
Yes. Once your session has started, you can place your device on airplane mode and the session will continue to run.
You need internet access to start a session. Once the session has started, it can continue running until it finishes.

Troubleshooting
I can't hear anything. Is my program working?
Yes. Meta Balance emits inaudible frequency tones and subtle vibrations. The only program that uses sound is Sensory Immersion, which combines light, sound, and music.
As long as the session has started, it will continue to run until it is finished, even if your internet connection drops. However, you do need to be connected to the internet in order to start a session.
Refresh the page first. If needed, try a different browser or clear your cache.
Check your internet connection, refresh the page, and try again. If the issue continues, try another browser or device.
Sometimes old browser tabs, cached data, or too many open windows can interfere with performance. It can also be related to your internet connection.
Try refreshing the page, closing any extra tabs, or waiting a few minutes and trying again. If the issue continues, clearing your cache or restarting your browser can help.
Yes, it’s recommended to close any old or unused Meta Balance tabs. Having multiple tabs open can interfere with performance and may cause sessions to not run properly.
Yes, clearing your cache can often help if a page is not loading correctly or the program is not working properly. It’s a good first step when troubleshooting.
If you’re not sure how to do this, you can easily find a tutorial online (such as on YouTube) that will walk you through clearing your cache and browsing history on your specific device.

If our page says your microphone isn’t working, first make sure your mic isn’t muted and works in another app (like Voice Recorder or a video call).
Then allow microphone access for our site in your browser (look for the lock icon in the address bar → Microphone → Allow) and refresh the page. If it still fails, check your device’s system privacy settings to ensure the browser is allowed to use the microphone and confirm the correct input device is selected.
You can also look up how to enable your microphone for your specific device and browser, as there are many helpful tutorials available on YouTube and Google.
Close other apps that may be using the microphone (Zoom/Teams/etc.) and try again.
If you can’t hear sound even though your microphone works, first check your device volume/output (speakers/headphones) and make sure the correct playback device is selected. Also make sure the volume on your device is turned all the way up.
Also check whether the browser tab is muted (right-click the tab and select Unmute site/tab, or look for a muted speaker icon on the tab). Next, confirm audio permissions/autoplay settings for our site and refresh the page.
If it still doesn’t work, close other apps that may be using audio and try restarting the browser.
Please go to the Serenity Talk page and select the member again. Then, return back to the current session page.
Billing Questions
We offer a 14-day trial for just $1 so you can experience Meta Balance before subscribing. You can cancel anytime before your trial ends, and if you’d like to continue, your subscription will start automatically.
Your trial gives you access during the trial period. If you do not cancel before it ends, your subscription will begin automatically.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you downgrade, the change will take effect at your next billing cycle. If you upgrade, you will be charged a prorated amount and the change will take effect immediately. Please note there are no refunds available when downgrading.
If your payment fails, your access to Meta Balance may be temporarily paused until your payment is successfully processed. The system will automatically attempt to process your payment again.
If you would like to update your payment method, log into your account and click on your profile icon. This will take you to Subscription Management, where you can click “Manage Billing” to update your card.
